LaRouxLa (Monika Grossen) has been suffering from Long COVID since May 2022. In her photo series, she processes the most significant moments of her ongoing recovery process. Her photos make the reality of life of people affected by Long COVID and the associated emotions visible to outsiders.
Monika shared her experiences with Altea in a story back in the fall of 2022. About a year ago, she gave us an update in two parts about the ups and downs in 2 years with Long COVID. You can find part 1 and part 2 of the update here.
The photo series is dedicated to all people affected by Long COVID and their loved ones.
To kick off the exhibition, a vernissage will take place on March 15 - Long COVID Awareness Day - at Dock 8 in Bern.
