DiLCoS study: University Hospital Basel seeks participants for Long COVID study

The University Hospital Basel is looking for people affected by Long COVID who would like to test an interesting new treatment program in a study.

At the University Hospital Basel (USB), in collaboration with the Medical Polyclinic and the Department of Psychosomatics, a digital treatment program specifically for people with Long COVID is being investigated as part of a study.

The program enables participants to spend up to 15 minutes a day over a period of 12 weeks dealing with important topics related to Long COVID. These include, among others:

  • Energy management and pacing strategies
  • Tips for better sleep and stress management
  • Physiotherapy exercises
  • Mental health, acceptance, and self-care
  • Relaxation techniques and breathing exercises

 

The aim of the study is to improve the quality of life of people with Long COVID and to provide practical assistance for everyday life.
