On 11th January 2024, Dr. Lara Diem presented the Swiss post-COVID recommendations for primary care physicians in a workshop. Her presentation was aimed at affected and interested people, as well as healthcare professionals, and summarized key points from the recommendations that are relevant for the practice and everyday life of those affected.
The Swiss post-COVID recommendations for primary care physicians were developed by a panel of experts. The development was coordinated by Dr. Mayssam Nehme (Geneva University Hospital) and Dr. Lara Diem (then Inselspital Bern, now Lucerne Cantonal Hospital). The project was supported by the Federal Office of Public Health and the FMH and the recommendations were validated by the national medical associations.
